Delivery within the UK
Our standard UK delivery charge on all orders is £7.95. However our trunks, chests, tables and umbrella stands are all heavier pieces of furniture and carry our higher delivery charge of £12.95. Items which are subject to this rate are clearly marked on the website.

Delivery outside the UK
For international delivery please contact us at hello@howatandhutchinson.co.uk and we will obtain an accurate shipping quote for you. This for the returns section:

Returns
We’re confident that you’ll love you Howat and Hutchinson purchase, but we also know that things don’t always go to plan. So here’s what to do if you’re not entirely happy with your order:

Let us know within 7 days of delivery of your intention to return your item
Return it to us unused and in its original packaging
Make sure we get it back within 28 days of delivery. Please note that we do not refund delivery charges or cover replacement delivery costs unless the item is damaged. Once the item has been received back into our warehouse we will offer you a refund or exchange unless:
It’s returned more than 28 days after delivery
It’s not in its original packaging and/or has been used or damaged
